We currently do not offer online booking. Please give us a call to book your doggy's next stay!
Want your doggy to take part in our daycare program which is included in our sleepover rates? It starts with our Daycare Warm-Up Evaluation. The Warm-Up Evaluation is an introduction to Mercy’s Play + Stay, and the first step to off-leash play and includes:
11:00am–6:30pm Check In
7:00am—11:00am Check Out**
**Doggies not picked up by 11am will be considered daycare guests and will be charged the standard rate for that day.
Mercy’s is closed for drop off and pick up on the following holidays. However, doggies continue to enjoy relaxing, resting, dining and potty breaks with a smiling human.
All doggies are required to meet with us for a temperament test prior to boarding. If the doggy would like to join off-leash group daycare during their stay, they’re also required to successfully complete the “Warm-Up”. Please call (850) 217-1455 for more information.
Sleepover guests are not required to be spayed or neutered, unless they would like to join off-leash group daycare. If they do want to join daycare, they must be spayed or neutered if over ten (10) months of age.
Unfortunately, females in heat are not accepted.
We require a veterinarian vaccination record indicating proof of current vaccinations for:
Parents must bring food for their doggy to avoid diet change. Most doggies do better by staying on their regular diet from home and have less trouble with upset stomachs from switching foods. It also reduces any risk of food allergies. Bring your doggy’s food in pre-portioned resealable baggies. This ensures the right portions are being given to your doggy each day and ultimately benefits the health of your doggy. If your doggy is boarding with us for five days or more, consider increasing the amount of food your doggy eats, due to their increased activity level. Edible treats are welcome. Alternatively, parents may purchase special treats from our menu. We are a green facility, so all bags will be recycled.
We have a refrigerator and microwave to prepare special diets.
Make sure medication is labeled and clear dosage instructions are included. All Medications should be in the original bottles from the pharmacy. At the time of check-in, advise one of our smiling humans of any special medical or behavioral concerns you may have.
Mercy’s provides beds, water, and food bowls to our doggy guests. However, if you want them to have something soft and snuggly from home, you may bring in a bed or favorite blanket. Toys are permitted, but we ask that you limit them to two or three of their favorite toys. Your doggy’s toys will stay with them in their suites and we do our best to return all toys, but we are not responsible if a toy is lost or destroyed. Feel free to bring treats, but please, no rawhide treats.
In the event your doggy requires medical attention, we will refer to your contact list and make every attempt to reach you or your designated emergency contact. If we are unable to contact you or your emergency contact and we feel your doggy needs medical attention, we will transport your doggy to their regular veterinarian, if close by, to ensure continuity of care. If your veterinarian is not near our facility, we will go to one of the local veterinarians that we know. If we believe the situation is urgent or if your doggy needs care after regular hours, we will take them to the closest veterinary emergency clinic. Pet parents (not Mercy’s Play + Stay) are responsible for any medical expenses for your doggy, as you would be for a child.
