Boarding

All boarding attendees must first pass a Warm-up (reservation required) before joining our off-leash play groups.  

Boarding guests are not required to be spayed or neutered, however, if they are over ten (10) months old and are not spayed or neutered they will not be allowed into play groups.  Females in heat are not allowed.

Vaccinations are also required to be current before drop-off.  We require proof of the following:

Rabies

Distemper, Parvovirus, and Parainfluenza

Bordetella

All visitors should be on active flea and tick prevention.  If fleas are found on your pet we will isolate the dog, and either provide a flea bath at your expense or require the dog to be picked-up.

We recommend that parents drop-off their dogs with enough food to last for the duration of the stay.  We have refrigeration and microwaves on-site should they be required.  

Food must be in a resealable or single-use container and detailed feeding instruction provided to our staff.  

We also allow treats and toys to be left with your pet.

Should it be desired, we do have Dog Food and Treats available for an additional fee.

Any medication must be provided with clear dosage and administration instructions.  All medications should be in their original pharmacy bottles.  Please inform our staff of any instruction as drop-off.

In the event that your dog requires medical attention, we will refer to your contact list and make every attempt to reach you or your designated emergency contact. If we are unable to contact you or your emergency contact and we feel your dog needs medical attention, we will transport your dog to their regular veterinarian, if close by, to ensure continuity of care. If your veterinarian is not near our facility, we will go to one of the local veterinarians that we know. If we believe that the situation is urgent or if your dog needs care after regular hours, we will take them to the closest veterinary emergency clinic. 

There may be a fee associated with transporting your dog to the veterinary clinic.  Owners are responsible for any additional service fees and veterinary fees incurred.

Non-Holiday and off-season Policy:

No deposit is required. There is no cancellation penalty as long as you cancel 24 hours before the day prior to the reservation drop off day. If you cancel the same day or don’t keep your reservation (no-show), the credit card on file will be charged the equivalent of one (1) full day of boarding.

Holiday and Peak Season Policy:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at time of reservation for the entire holiday stay during all federal Holiday's and school breaks.  .

A full refund will be granted for stays cancelled more than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival.  If a Peak reservation is canceled less than fourteen (14) days but more than seven (7) days prior to the stay will receive a 50% refund.  Reservation deposits become non-refundable seven (7) or fewer days prior to drop-off. 

If you need to cancel your scheduled reservation, it’s as easy as a phone call, email or online through our reservation system. 

Military, Law Enforcement, and First Responders

We offer a 10% discount, valid ID required.

Cash

We offer a 3% discount for cash or check payment. 

We are closed for daycare as well as boarding drop off and pick up on all federal holidays.
